How to Register for a Clinic
If you do not have an account:

We can register you in the clinic or you can request to have an account set up for you so that you can register yourself.
Sign in (if not already signed in) and choose the clinic you would like to participate in.
Click "Create new Participation" and enter your name.
Click "Create Participation".
If you have an account but forgot your password:
Click sign-in and choose 'Lost Password'.
